I honestly don’t remember how the Bridgerton family was born… But while I can’t remember how I came up with the Bridgerton family, I can tell you how I came up with Lady Whistledown. You probably know this since you’re a writer, the term “info dump.”

Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton series begins with The Duke and I, published in 2000, and ends with On the Way to the Wedding, published in 2006 about Gregory Bridgerton – although there’s an epilogue, The Bridgertons: Happily Ever After, focussing on Violet Bridgerton.

Bridgerton’ Season 4: Plot, Cast & Everything To Know (Press This! Bustle)

Neverending Bridgerton news! If you haven’t heard the latest, reports are already on the Internet about Season 4. If you’ve missed the others, here’s the scoop on Seasons 2 and 3 as well.  They are currently filming Season 2, scheduled for release late this year on Netflix.  Follow the article to read more.

Season 2 will focus on Anthony, the eldest Bridgerton sibling, as he looks for a viscountess. Because this tracks with the trajectory of Julia Quinn’s novels, on which the show is based, we can safely guess that future seasons will each correspond to a different book. Season 3 will be Benedict’s story, and Season 4 will match up with Quinn’s Romancing Mister Bridgerton, which is all about Colin and Penelope.

Bridgerton Season 3 and 4 Confirmed (Press This! Tatler)

Will Netflix stay close to the series of books for Season 3 and 4? Assuming they follow in order, then An Offer From a Gentleman and Romancing Mister Bridgerton should be in those seasons. Only time will tell. Will you watch? Of course, this will be years in the making probably through 2025 or later.  Julia Quinn must be extremely excited to be living an author’s dream.  Sending her kudos with a tinge of envy.

Fans of the smash hit have now been treated to yet more exciting news, with confirmation that the show has been commissioned for its third and fourth series.

Following the success of the “Bridgerton” television series, the “Bridgerton” novels are getting a revamp.

William Marrow has revealed exclusively to “Good Morning America” that it is releasing new covers for each of Julia Quinn’s “Bridgerton” novels.

Bridgerton Book Set — Where to Find and Buy Bridgerton Series Books (Press This! Parade)

Unfortunately, readers who want to get a jump on the just-announced second season by reading about Anthony’s search for a wife in The Viscount Who Loved Me (or just read all eight books for the heck of it) are being met with one dead end after another as the Bridgerton books are becoming harder and harder to come by. According to Quinn’s newsletter sent out to fans, her publisher Avon (HarperCollins’ romance imprint) “is printing them as fast as they can.”

Julia Quinn, the author of “Bridgerton,” said the offer to turn her best-selling romance series into a Netflix show came unexpectedly.”The way I understand it, Shonda ran out of books to read on vacation and somehow stumbled on one of mine,” Quinn said during a recent appearance on “Tamron Hall.””It’s crazy to think that my life is forever changed because Shonda didn’t bring enough reading material on vacation, but that’s honestly what happened,” Quinn added.

Julia Quinn Rules the Top 10 Best Seller List in Kindle eBooks for the Historical Romance Genre

Julia must be extremely happy, as the release of Bridgerton – The Duke & I on Netflix, has soared many of her Bridgerton series books to the top-ten best sellers in the genre.

In fact three of them, are on the entire best-sellers in Kindle eBooks. As of this post, Bridgerton: The Duke and I (Book One) is at #3, Bridgerton Collection Volume 1: The First Three is at #6, and The Viscount who Loved Me: Bridgerton is at #9.
